We made a comprehensive and detailed analysis about the internal and external environment that the company is facing by applying relevant strategic management principles, and pointed out opportunities and threats that the company is facing and strengths and weaknesses it pocesses, by using a large amount of data to support our analysis.
We adopt the method of empirical analysis combined with comparative analysis as well as other scientific methods and tools to collect all necessary informative sources by hearing and inverstigation, then based on these we reached some insights towards the overall operation situation of the company, developed thinkings in a systematical way to determine the strategic goals and positioning of that company, then on these bases we concludedt strategic focuse for the further development of that company.
Finally, our paper concluded by concretelly analying specific strategic situations and then putting forward specific measures for the proposed strategy, from the angles of terminal digitization and internationizing respectively.
