take on在句中不能单独使用,后面要跟名词、代词或者名词词组作宾语。

他在下周要接受一份新的工作。
结构分析:He是主语,is going to take on是谓语,a new job是宾语,next week是时间状语。
I am glad to tell you that we are going to take you on.
很高兴通知您,我们打算雇佣您了。
结构分析:I是主语,am glad是谓语(系动词am+表语glad,构成系表型谓语), to tell you that we are going to take you on是不定式词组作宾语(to+谓语tell+间接宾语you+that引导的直接宾语从句,we是主语,are going to take是谓语,you是宾语,on是宾语补语)。
